Conditions

The property has a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide alarm. Health and Safety and Fire Instructions are in the Welcome Pack (in the blue folder). The Welcome Pack should be reviewed on arrival. Please treat the property with care and respect. Strictly no smoking. The owners reserve the right to terminate the contract without notice in the event of inappropriate behaviour. In the event of breakages, loss, theft or damage, the owners reserve the right to recover costs. The owners are not responsible for the services provided by any third parties referred to in the links within this website. Guests are required to contact the owners immediately in the event of any accident, fault or concern.
